Confidential information policy:  To protect our business, and our profit margin, Web Design Services DO NOT include information or training on how to build, change, or update your website, and any other confidential privilaged business information. This may include, but is not limited to: updating anything on the website, changing text, changing layout, FTP details, or log in info. Any client/customer who requests for these sensitive credentials, will not be granted access to the information. Some of this information however, may be shared by us via a paid training course available on this website, for clients interested to learn various website functions.

Geek Tech Services:

Confidential information policy:  To protect our business, and our profit margin, Geek Tech Services DO NOT include information or training on how to remove viruses, fix computer problems, or diagnose any kind of problem. This and other confidential and privilaged information is EXCLUDED from this service. This may include, but is not limited to: remove worms/viruses/errors from a computer, troubleshoot a computer program or operating system, or electronic equipment. Any client/customer who requests for this sensitive information, will not be granted access to the information.

Returns/Refunds:

All sales are FINAL. There will not be any returns under any circumstances, except the Geek Tech Service, where a refund is allowed if a problem is not fixed, minus travel fees for out of service area customers. All services are guaranteed a 100% satisfaction, and if you are not satisfied fully, simply notify the seller, and he will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with any project, service, or anything else you have purchased from this website.

Limit of Liability:

This service is provided "as is." We or any third party associated with our services shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage, direct, indirect or consequential, arising from (i) any inaccuracy or incompleteness in, or delays, interruptions, errors or omissions in the delivery of the data or any other information or service supplied to you through our services or (ii) any decision made or action taken by you or any third party in reliance upon the service.
